❓ Do I need to pre-register for class?
Yes — we recommend booking your class in advance through our website or using the Kenko App. Some classes fill up quickly, especially sound sessions and moon events.
❓ I’m a beginner. Which class should I start with?
Welcome! Many of our classes are beginner-welcoming. We recommend starting with:
RISE: Morning Yoga Flow
RESET: Kundalini Breath + Meditation
RECEIVE: Restorative + Sound Healing
